Our basic party package is 1 hour but we have a great choice of modules called ‘add-ons’ which last for a further 30 minutes each. These include: Rocking Rockets, Scrumptious Sweeties and Beautilicious bath-bombs. We can deliver the add-ons either before or after the birthday tea is served. NB: Some bolt on elements are already included in our basic party packages.
We will bring our parties to wherever you want whether it’s your own home or a village hall. Please note that if you opt for our rockets module we will need an outside space area.
No we do all that! We make sure that every child has their own name label as they arrive.
We suggest that our parties are suitable for boys and girls ages 4 to 12 years.
It’s completely up to you! We operate 7 days a week but our weekend slots do get booked up in advance very quickly.
That’s ok… we only need a rough idea so we can make sure we bring enough supplies! (Please note that parties above 20 children are subject to a £5 supplement per head.)
Absolutely! We have all been DBS checked (Disclosure and Barring Service – previously known as CRB). We are also fully insured so you can relax and enjoy the day!
Yes definitely. There is something for everyone in our party packages that will enthrall both girls and boys alike!
Yes. We offer very competitively priced party bags in our blue draw-string bags to suit all budgets. Each bag is packed full of science inspired goodies such as putty, balloon powered cars, jumping beans and flying gliders and can be delivered directly to your home. Click here for more information.

Once you fill out your postcode to start the booking, you will automatically be directed to a payment page where you can pay in full for your party.

Yes – we provide party invites and thank-you notes. These are sent to you via a digital ink after you have completed and paid for your party. The invites and thank-you notes can be downloaded and printed or sent directly to your guests by email.
We require a fairly large table near a plug socket (although we bring an extension lead with us). We also need access to a sink for water to fill our kettle and carry out some light washing up afterwards. A car parking space would also be really handy so we can easily unload our equipment. We provide a large tarpaulin sheet for any small spillages but also happy for you to use your own!
There may be a few small spillages when the children are doing hands-on activities like making slime, but we always bring a large tarpaulin to lay on the table / floor and also happy for you to provide your own.
Some of our experiments do produce flames but they do not last for less than 3 seconds and do not produce much smoke at all. Your presenter will make every effort to position themselves away from any fire alarms and if the venue is happy, we can also temporarily cover a smoke alarm while we carry out the experiment. If all else fails, we can conduct the fire-based experiments outside.
We will always check with you before carrying out a party. All of the products that children consume in our parties are nut-free, gluten and dairy-free and suitable for vegetarians. If you have a child in your party that has a very specific dietary requirement, please let us know beforehand.
Adults are welcome to sit quietly and watch, however, be mindful that Mummies and Daddies love to chat (often quite loudly!) and the children have a much better experience if they can hear our presenter clearly!
Yes! Children make slime at the end of all of our party packages which they can then take home in their pot (with lid included). Other makes in various party packages can include lemon sherbet, corn flour starch and also bath-bombs which can all be brought home in the pots and lids provided.
No unfortunately not but these are easy to find on online shopping sites such as Amazon.
No unfortunately not.
Yes we can to a certain degree, for example if your child is crazy about dinosaurs, I’m sure we can weave that into the party! Just make sure you add this into the additional notes when booking your party. Please note however, we cannot change the experiments. Our party experiments have to follow a set structure within each of our party packages.
